If we’re not able to resolve your problem or you’ve changed your mind about RemNote Pro for some other reason, we’d be happy to cancel your subscription or license purchase and offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase – again, please contact us through the messenger or by email at [email protected]. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to process, depending on how you paid.
Please note that we cannot directly refund purchases made through the following payment methods:
Apple App Store: Apple does not give developers the ability to issue refunds for in-app purchases.
You are welcome to contact Apple and request a refund for your purchase. To do this, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in using the Apple ID associated with the purchase. Once the transaction appears in your account, you can select “Request a refund” and choose the most appropriate reason. Apple usually reviews refund requests within 24 to 48 hours.
SEPA: SEPA payments are prone to double-refund fraud where someone makes a purchase, we refund it, and then the bank claws back the original transaction, resulting in a double refund and allowing the purchaser to steal the amount of the purchase. Due to persistent abuse, we are unable to offer refunds on SEPA payments.
You are welcome to contact your bank and request a chargeback on the purchase; if they need any information from us to complete this, we'll be happy to provide it.
We are also unable to offer refunds more than 30 days after purchase, or for more than one subscription payment.
