If we’re not able to resolve things or you’ve changed your mind about RemNote Pro for some other reason, we’d be happy to cancel your Pro access and offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase – again, please contact us through the messenger or by email at [email protected]. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to process, depending on how you paid.

We are unable to offer refunds more than 30 days after purchase, or for more than one subscription payment (unless you were incorrectly charged or charged the wrong amount, of course!).
