How can I transfer a Synced Knowledge Base to a Local-Only Knowledge Base?

If you want to move your knowledge-base offline, you can transfer it to a Local-Only Knowledge Base.

  1. Create a new Local-Only Knowledge Base.

  2. Go to Settings > Account > Import > RemNote and import your JSON backup.

How can I find missing Rem?

How can I delete all of my Rem?

Please follow these steps to delete all of your Rem:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click Account in the sidebar.

  3. Click Advanced Knowledge Base Settings.

  4. Click Delete all.

How can I ensure all of my images and PDFs have synced?

Image and PDF uploads sync automatically. This happens in the background and may take some time to complete if you've added a lot at once or just started using a new device, especially if your internet connection is slow.

If you're using the desktop version of RemNote and something seems to be missing after you've waited a few minutes, you can ask RemNote to recheck everything and download any files it's missing by choosing Settings > Account > Syncing > Force Sync All Files.
